Answers to some of our most frequently asked questions at Bloom:
1. Is Bloom Australian-owned?
Yes! The owner works from her home in Melbourne, Australia. However, a lot of our products are sourced from overseas and shipped directly from the manufacturers to our customers.
2. Why is the shipping time 20-30 days?
Due to most of our products being sent directly from our overseas manufacturers, this can cause shipping to take longer than if the items were just coming from an Australian warehouse. However, doing it this way is what allows us to keep costs down and allow free shipping on all items with no minimum spend.
3. My tracking number doesn't work - why is that?
Some of the tracking numbers on items will only work through the owner's tracking portal. This is something we will endeavour to fix for the future, however if you find yourself in this situation and need to track your parcel, email us! firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you within 24 hours with an update on your items.
